FINDING A PIECE TO THE PUzzLE...

for the longest time i have asked God a question, and that question is this. God, drumming what is it essentially to your kingdom? why do i do it (other than the fact that i can worship you by giving my time and efforts and practice for it to you, and the end product(sundays) are always a great time for the words to sink in and for me to give an all out effort of reverence in your name). I have been asking this question for a little over a year now and it finally sunk in the other day at practice. there are many key essentials to a band, like a singer (obvious role, skill in the prettyness of voice and keys area, guitarist(rythum to add flow to song, lead; to give the listener some nice tweaks for the ear drum to sooth the cerebellum)! bass guitar(make a great pop, make the crowd bounce the foot up in down in good timing). now drums my part, ding ding ding. timming a drummer is essentially the backbone of any band. and a good drummer has perfect timming. i noticed that drumming can rrelate to God in that aspect that God has perfect timming on whatever he does. its weird since i have figured this out i am alot more relaxed behind the kit and things are comming easier and timming is better still not perfect but its something to strive for.....:)
